Mereseini Bower is an economist and development practitioner with over 30 years of experience in the public and private sector (banking, energy) and non-governmental organizations. She has expertise in applied high road leadership, leadershift and change management to foster high road development. Mereseini has led innovative evidence-based policies and solutions for inclusive, resilient and sustainable development and financing. Mereseini is a skilled facilitator and has led national and global dialogues on economic development, governance, strategic foresight and technology and the future of work. She holds a Master’s in International and Development Economics from the Australian National University and is a certified John Maxwell speaker and coach, committed to high-road leadership that improves lives, communities, and economies.

Veima Bower
Veima Bower is a strategic communication specialist with expertise in development, social change, and research. She has worked on innovative projects focused on financial and digital inclusion, insurance, and climate adaptation for Pacific communities, often highlighting human impact stories and gender dimensions. Veima has designed and moderated high-level panel discussions and authored speeches for ministerial delegates. Holding a Bachelor of Arts in politics, international studies, and media from The University of Melbourne, she is pursuing a Master’s in Sustainable Business Practices to further her role as Sovereign Oceans Business Development Lead, driving high-road development and leadership.
